Our Philosophy

Return to Your Center

Muktika Wellness was born from a simple belief: that true healing begins when we slow down, disconnect from the noise, and reconnect with our own inner wisdom.

Our Journey

It all began in Goa, where we started hosting intimate healing workshops. The response we received was overwhelming, encouraging us to make it our primary focus. From those first circles, we expanded into organizing profound retreats and larger events.

It has now been three years, and our journey continues to grow. We have joyfully tapped into the energetic landscapes of Rishikesh, Goa, and Delhi.

What truly makes us unique is the level of personalization and deep support we provide during our retreats. Our intention is not just to host events, but to build a strong, lasting community where people can connect, grow, and be there for one another.

Our Journey

The Meaning of Muktika

The Meaning of Muktika

Muktika is derived from the word Moukthika. It is a traditional Hindu feminine name of Sanskrit origin, meaning "resembling a pearl," "pearl-like," or "liberation". It is deeply associated with purity.

Our Unique Approach

Our approach is quite unique. We work with different therapeutic modalities and strongly believe in the transformative power of breathwork and meditation. By making these profound concepts relatable, it becomes much easier for people to apply them independently in their everyday lives.

Bodhi Krishna

Bodhi Krishna

Djembe artist

After 12 years in the corporate world as a business analyst and entrepreneur, he realized that outer success didn’t equal inner peace. In 2020, his journey inward began through meditation and the djembe — a rhythm that helped him reconnect with his authentic self. The chaos of Delhi gave way to the calm of Rishikesh, where he found a sense of belonging and purpose. Today, he walks the path of rhythm, silence, and surrender as a rhythm healer and meditation facilitator — holding space for others to heal, explore, and rediscover their inner harmony. ♥
